Hi thank you so much for visiting my website!

 I graduated from Arizona School of Massage Therapy and have been a licensed massage therapist since 2016. I have worked for Massage Envy as a therapist and Lead Therapist, and was a teaching assistant and teacher for Arizona School of Massage Therapy and Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy. As an instructor I taught hands on classes such as Structural Integration, Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Special Populations.  I also taught Anatomy and Pathology classes learning how to access muscles, their actions, and how to best customize sessions for each individual. I use a wide variety of different techniques called modalities: Swedish, Sports, Myofasical, Trigger Point, Cranial Sacral, Reflexology, Prenatal, Russian Sports, and Injury being some of them. In my practice I uphold in each of my sessions a professional, therapeutic, and customized massage session to best reach the goal(s) that you are looking for. If the pressure is ever too much or too little please speak up. An open line of communication helps me to determine which techniques to use to help ensure that you get the session that you are looking for. I do not see massage therapy as a job but as a career that I absolutely whole heartily love being able to help facilitate decreasing pain, increasing range of motion, and overall relaxation.
